Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Any questions about the performance of the gauge will be responded to quickly via email (sales@sheridanengineering.com). You can contact via phone at (949-385-3320), but email is generally quicker. We guarantee the gauge to be free from functional defect and within tolerance for 1 year from
date of purchase. If you are experiencing any issues with gauge function outside of this time frame, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issues.

These gauges are manufactured and sold new. We do not resell returned items as new. As such, any returned items that are not defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to partially cover losses incurred by returning a good item. In order to return an item, contact us first for an RMA so that we will know whether this is a return or simply a donation. Returned items must be received back within 30 days of purchase . International customers will be allowed a 60 day window for returns. Shipping amounts on returned items will not be refunded. Gauges that have been deliberately modified may be denied a refund.

Returned items may take up to 5 business days to process a refund. Demanding a refund after business hours, on the same day as gauge receipt will result in a 50% expedited processing fee. Yes, this policy was made just because of one obnoxious customer.
